Job Summary: A professional to operate the mineral processing system, ensuring preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of machines and equipment in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Value people and support professional development Prepare machines, equipment, and materials for the mineral processing operations at the plant. Monitor all activities in the mineral processing workflow according to established procedures and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the mineral processing system while strictly adhering to all procedures; * Analyze operational parameters. * Ensure cleaning of scales, circulation areas, proper installation of conveyor belt guards, and moving parts; * Verify that all equipment—including feeders, grizzlies, hoists, scrapers, aligning rollers, and crushers—is in perfect working condition. * Monitor flotation operational parameters, as well as feed granulometry and pH; * Understand, monitor, and adjust operational parameters in the mineral processing plant (grinding, crushing, intensive leaching, carbon-in-leach [CIL], sampling). * Inspect mineral processing machinery and equipment. * Request maintenance for machinery and equipment. * Feed all mineral processing systems. * Control ore particle size. * Monitor production capacity. * Analyze production orders. * Control raw material intake and output. * Clean machinery and equipment for maintenance. * Adjust machinery and equipment when necessary; * Maintain machinery and equipment in safe operating condition; * Identify bottlenecks during production. * Clean walkways and platforms; * Provide support to other operational areas **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Experience and knowledge of mineral processing plant operations—grinding, crushing, intensive leaching, carbon-in-leach (CIL), sampling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Driver's license category B **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the company * Company transportation * Life insurance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance * Housing assistance * Christmas basket * Daycare assistance * PRL (Programa de Prevenção dos Riscos Laborais / Occupational Risk Prevention Program) At P.A.
