If this resonates with you, join us! **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** We are seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to act strategically and operationally in the company’s accounting routines. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial information, compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and internal controls. * Execute and review journal entries and reconciliations for all balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings within established deadlines; * Prepare consolidated balance sheets, financial statements, and management reports; * Ensure accounting practices comply with current standards (CPCs and IFRS); * Support and review ancillary tax obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, SPED Accounting and Tax); * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and supporting documentation; * Propose improvements to accounting processes and internal controls; * Support the finance and tax teams in accounting integrations and system reconciliations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or related fields is a plus; * Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC); * Proven experience as a Mid-to-Senior Level Accounting Analyst; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy in decision-making; * In-depth knowledge of non-cumulative PIS and COFINS regimes; * Experience submitting ECD and ECF filings; * Experience working with companies under the Real Profit regime; * Experience preparing financial statements and consolidating balance sheets.
