The Sales and Business Consultant role is primarily responsible for developing customized strategic plans for each dealer, aligned with Goodyear's objectives. The professional will be involved in prospecting, sales, and after-sales support, as well as coordinating aspects such as inventory, margins, and commercial strategies. They will also be responsible for professionalizing the dealer network through training, people management, and support in areas such as marketing and performance analysis. This position is based in Rio de Janeiro and requires availability for up to 30% travel. **What you will do** * Provide advisory support to dealers to achieve sales targets, profitability, expansion, and brand presence in target markets. * Identify market trends and competitor actions, proposing strategies to boost sell-out in retail and wholesale channels. * Plan and execute sales initiatives with dealers focused on increasing point-of-sale sales. * Identify needs and conduct training for dealers' internal and external teams. * Update and maintain dealer and competitor network records, including geomarketing data, pricing, strategies, and marketing actions. * Support product launches and ensure alignment with commercial and warranty policies. **What we are looking for** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), or Accounting. * Postgraduate studies and intermediate English proficiency are desirable. **What will set you apart** * Strong communication skills and dynamism. * Computer proficiency and technical knowledge. * Mastery of sales processes and routines. * Negotiation techniques and sales training courses (basic and intermediate level) – Desirable. * Financial calculations – Desirable. \#LI\-AV1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
