Always striving to scale, surprise, and grow. **Responsibilities:** * Receive calls from customers or businesses to resolve reported issues or provide information related to the customer’s inquiry, identify the relevant department or area involved in the service, redirect calls, or guide the customer on procedures; * Provide service following planned and controlled scripts and guidelines; * Confirm all customer registration data in the system: full address, e-mail, and preferred contact phone numbers for direct communication with the customer or the person responsible for the request; * Clearly and thoroughly record in the system all information provided by the customer (field “Observation / Agent’s Report:”); * Perform basic connection tests related to physical aspects, asking the customer about loose or disconnected cables and status indicator lights; * Perform basic connection tests according to technology (Radio, ADSL, Fiber); * Inform the customer of the protocol number during the service call; * Check overdue installments, outstanding balances, and send related information to the customer.
