Summary Description: You will be responsible for understanding and applying project guidelines and procedures, managing procurement processes from requisition to receipt, tracking payments, measurement reports, and invoices, recording lessons learned, and supporting the monitoring of financial and project performance indicators. You will actively participate in alignment meetings, ensuring integration among departments and suppliers, and perform routine safety and field inspections. Additionally, you will conduct due diligence and follow-ups with internal clients, suppliers, and technical departments; manage CAPEX acquisitions; seek opportunities to reduce lead time and costs; and prepare managerial reports with KPI analysis. Daily use of SAP, Electronic Marketplace, and BI systems will be required, along with strategic alignment with project teams. Detailed Description: * Manage material procurement and service contracting processes—from requisition creation in SAP and the Electronic Marketplace to material and asset control in the engineering warehouse—ensuring compliance with approval workflows and established deadlines. Conduct ongoing follow-up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and monitor asset capitalization and activation in the system. * Actively participate in interface meetings among departments involved in contracts, aligning information and identifying potential interferences that could impact project progress. Support implementation of departmental work plans and procedures, tracking necessary technical actions to achieve established goals. * Monitor project performance indicators under your responsibility, analyzing results and proposing corrective actions when needed to ensure achievement of leadership-defined objectives. Prepare managerial reports on procurement, material, and service management, including KPI analysis. * Conduct due diligence and follow-ups with internal clients, suppliers, and technical departments, tracking commercial process status, procurement accuracy, and supplier performance. Manage and plan CAPEX acquisitions with focus on reducing supply lead time. * Provide support in using SAP, Electronic Marketplace, and BI systems, contributing to procurement process analysis and control.
