Then check out the opportunity we have here: **\#VEMSERMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Screening tasks focused on directing customers to appropriate service based on their needs; * Assisting in answering questions and supporting customers with terminals and platforms (products, balances, statements, TEDs, various inquiries, etc.); * Helping issue temporary cards and requesting new ones; * Assisting with the installation and use of mobile and internet banking applications; * Receiving cash bags (malotes); * Assisting in organizing and locating documents; * Managing and organizing material inventory; * Monitoring services performed by Branch Clerks in the self-service area; * Monitoring and maintaining signage, demarcations, and posters; * Digitizing and uploading payment accounts into the system (water and electricity bills, condominium fees, municipal and state taxes/fees). **Requirements and qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Undergraduate students enrolled at an educational institution in the following fields: Administration, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Management, Financial Management, Business Management, Service Management, Managerial Processes, Administrative Management, Banking Management, Sales Management; * Availability to complete the 2-year Internship Program; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day (morning shift). **You will stand out if you have:** * Office Suite skills. **Workplace:** Mococa \- São Paulo (on-site work). **Additional information** **What we offer our employees:** * Scholarship of R$2,363.26 and after 90 days, R$2,588.72; * Transportation allowance \- no deduction from the scholarship amount; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life insurance \- no deduction from the scholarship amount; * Mercantil Academy for Development.
