**Main Activities/Responsibilities:** * Daily bank reconciliation; * Recording of payments and receipts within the system; * Posting of non-fiscal documents; * Contact with customers; * Contact with service providers; * Contact with other departments of the company for various requests; * Gathering documentation required for foreign exchange closing (both international payments and receipts); * Accounting reconciliation for month-end closing; * Contribute to compliance with the Code of Ethics, internal regulations, policies, and the entire health, safety, environment, product safety, and responsible care management system and responsibilities; * Immediately report any deviations from company standards. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Supports the department with all necessary administrative or clerical work. * Supports the department with all necessary project work. * Other duties as assigned **Technical Competencies:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting (from the 3rd semester onwards) * Intermediate knowledge of Excel (basic mathematical formulas, filters, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint * **Behavioral Competencies:** * Effective communication, conveying ideas clearly and assertively * Attention to detail: focusing on accuracy and quality of deliverables * Continuous learning: proactively seeking to learn and apply new knowledge * Organization: efficient management of tasks and resources * Commitment to deadlines: discipline to meet established schedules * Adaptability to routines: agility and efficiency in recurring activities * Proactivity: initiative to anticipate needs and propose solutions * Autonomy in development: ability to grow and seek improvement independently
