**OPPORTUNITY FOR WARRANTY SPECIALIST \- CHERY BARIGUI JOINVILLE**
**Job Description:**
* Register, track, and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer.
* Verify documents, technical reports, inspection reports, and service orders prior to submission.
* Confirm that diagnostics and repair execution comply with the manufacturer's technical standards.
* Monitor deadlines for claim submissions, approvals, returns, and claim rejections.
* Conduct internal audits of service orders related to warranty.
* Organize and archive documents required by the manufacturer.
* Assist in controlling parts retained or requested for factory inspection.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience at a dealership—especially in post-sales, warranty, or workshop—is considered a strong advantage;
* Strong ability to interpret inspection reports, service orders, and technical reports.
* Proficiency with manufacturer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and agility to meet tight deadlines.
