They offer a wide variety of products; customers seek them out for home decoration, household utensils, pet shop items, and diverse goods ranging from personal items to home essentials.* **Neighborhood: Boa Vista \- Joinville/SC** **Employment Type: CLT** **Work Mode: On-site** **Job Mission:** Provide operational and administrative support to Human Resources processes, ensuring organization, legal compliance, employee service, and support for Personnel Department routines, contributing to the smooth operation of the department and to a positive employee experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support payroll operational processes, performing data verification, information entry, benefits control, deductions, and variable calculations as directed by the department head. * Execute employee onboarding procedures, including document verification, system registration, and organization of physical and digital personnel files. * Monitor and manage time cards, identifying inconsistencies and forwarding them to the responsible person for validation. * Support benefits administration, handling enrollments, cancellations, and updates with benefit providers. * Support new employee onboarding by organizing schedules, materials, and initial guidance. * Control and organize vacation-related information, performing entries and preliminary verifications. * Provide employee support, clarifying basic questions regarding payroll, benefits, time cards, vacations, and other HR routines. * Support termination processes, organizing documentation, scheduling, and verifications as directed by the HR Analyst. * Maintain updated the department’s information bulletin board and internal announcements. * Support the organization of internal events, engagement initiatives, and corporate campaigns. * Assist in Recruitment and Selection processes, such as resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and administrative support. **\*Job Requirements:\*** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Personnel Department operations (hiring, time tracking, benefits, vacations, and terminations). * Basic understanding of labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) at basic to intermediate level. * Experience with electronic time-tracking systems and HR administrative routines. * Prior experience as an HR Assistant or Personnel Department Assistant is a plus. * Retail experience is considered a plus. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Attendance Bonus * Afternoon Coffee * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Discounted Store Purchases **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday \- 08:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) Friday: 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) **\>\>\>\> Salary Offer: R$ 2\.280,00** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: A, B * Transportation Allowance * Attendance Bonus * Afternoon Coffee * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Discounted Store Purchases
