The **Rack-and-Pinion Hoist Operator** position reports to the Engineering Directorate and is integrated into the **Construction Operations Department.** **Responsibilities and Duties** — In summary, your duties will include: * Operating the rack-and-pinion hoist for transporting people and materials on-site; * Conducting daily inspections of the equipment before commencing operations; * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations during operation; * Controlling personnel access to the equipment; * Immediately reporting any malfunctions or anomalies in operation; * Supporting the organization and vertical transportation flow on-site; * Maintaining and keeping the equipment clean. **Requirements and Qualifications** — To apply for this position, you must: * Have completed high school; * Hold a valid rack-and-pinion hoist operator certification; * Possess basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations (NR-18 and NR-35). — It is important that you demonstrate: * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Strong communication skills. — It would be highly advantageous if you: * Have prior experience working on construction sites. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** We care about our employees’ well-being!
