RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO Responsable del abastecimiento, reposición y organización de los productos en góndolas, islas y puestos de caja, así como de la correcta fijación de precios, siguiendo los procedimientos, normas de higiene y seguridad, estándares preestablecidos y distribución física (layout) de la tienda, garantizando e impulsando la integridad, calidad, aspecto físico y mejor presentación de toda la variedad de productos disponibles para el cliente. ACTIVIDADES A REALIZAR Verificar y/o transportar los productos y ubicarlos en el área de ventas del sector FLV; verificar y actualizar los precios de los productos en las etiquetas; verificar y sustituir productos que presenten anomalías respecto a su estado de conservación y fecha de vencimiento; mantener organizados los productos en el depósito, incluidas las cámaras de refrigeración; sugerir acciones para estimular las ventas de productos, especialmente evitando devoluciones; supervisar y orientar la colocación de productos realizada por los promotores en el área de ventas; sugerir la adquisición de productos faltantes; ayudar en la descarga de productos desde los camiones; evaluar y reutilizar productos; pesar y empaquetar productos; monitorear los equipos, alertando sobre la necesidad de ajustes y mantenimiento; atender a los clientes, brindando la información solicitada y transmitiendo la información recibida.
