Desirable: * SAP knowledge. * Monitor service execution. * Analyze demand and define quotation strategy for services. * Analyze supplier evaluations and define corrective and preventive actions. * Review projects and technical specifications for purchasing and/or contracting. * Analyze proposals and budgets to prepare the competitive bidding matrix. * Analyze and monitor managerial reports. * Analyze service scopes contracted via procurement. * Review projects and technical specifications for purchasing and contracting. * Reconcile estimated vs. actual construction budgets. * Conduct quotations and equalization using the competitive bidding matrix for services. * Create purchase orders. * Define strategies to develop procurement and contracting options and alternatives. * Draft supplier contracts. * Negotiate with all suppliers participating in the competitive bidding matrix. * Prospect service providers in local, regional, and national markets. * Visit construction sites to align service scopes. * Manage Class A portfolios in the procurement process. * Monitor and manage financial health of service providers. 251123020246396933
