LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the role of E\-commerce Assistant in our company. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus). * Experience in customer service and/or sales. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to effectively use WhatsApp, telephone, and customer service systems. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, telephone, and other communication channels. * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Conduct sales through digital channels. * Prepare quotations and follow up on negotiations. * Perform customer follow\-up and track sales opportunities. * Record information and update registrations in the system. * Provide end-to-end purchase process support, ensuring excellent service. * Contribute to achieving individual and team goals. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in online sales. * Communicative, persuasive, and results-oriented profile. * Enthusiasm for working with targets. * Ability to build strong customer relationships. * Organization, courtesy, and focus on customer experience.
