If you enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and possess a keen eye for quality and execution, this may be the ideal opportunity for you to grow with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** Check and execute details outlined in Service Orders (setup, layout, tablecloths, napkin folding, placement of tableware, etc.); Set up and dismantle rooms according to contract specifications; Prepare coffee breaks and perform replenishments during breaks; Retrieve Food & Beverage (F&B) items from the pantry and pastry kitchen for coffee breaks; Manage equipment, tableware, linens, tables, and chairs; Organize and maintain clean storage areas and event spaces; Support standardization and quality assurance of services delivered during events. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; **Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Events Management, Business Administration, or related fields** (completed or in progress); Previous experience in events, hospitality, or F&B will be considered a plus; Basic knowledge of room setup and event services; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; Flexible availability, including weekends, as per schedule. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** On-site – Joinville/SC **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:20 ### **Benefits Offered:** * Meal Allowance (VA) * Transportation Allowance (VT) **with no payroll deduction** * Attendance Bonus * Birthday Day Off * On-site meals After the probation period: * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Pharmacy Partnership We are a **hospitality services and solutions provider** for over 170 properties across Brazil—from north to south—caring for those who trust us through **unique experiences**, always conducted **responsibly**, with regard to the environment, our team, and the communities in which we operate. **Together with you**, and alongside a plural and diverse team where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable being their authentic selves, we aim to become Brazil’s leading hospitality operator—a company where guests, investors, partners, and talents want to be. **Shall we do this together?
