Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, scheduling, and monitoring cargo loading, transshipment, and unloading operations, ensuring organization, agility, and adherence to logistical deadlines. Focus on organization, agility, and adherence to logistical deadlines **FREIGHT DISPATCHER.** **Location:** Atiradores, Joinville / SC. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for controlling, scheduling, and monitoring cargo loading, transshipment, and unloading operations; issuing CTRC (Road Cargo Transport Receipt); preparing cargo manifests; monitoring shipments; and completing control spreadsheets — all while ensuring organization, agility, and adherence to logistical deadlines. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Minimum 1 year of experience in freight dispatching (knowledge of freight rates, waybills, and department routines) * Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Must have personal transportation or reside nearby * Organized, responsible, and dynamic profile **Compensation:** **Salary:** Negotiable (up to R$ 2.500,00) PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance (paid via payroll) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Works alternate Saturdays: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance (paid via payroll)
