Job Summary:
A technical professional responsible for machine setup, monitoring, and guidance during production to ensure process quality and efficiency.
Key Highlights:
1. Technical operation in machine setup and adjustment for production
2. Monitoring and guidance of operators regarding quality
3. Parameterization and calibration for product color standards
**Requirements:**
* Technical degree in Plastics, Mechanical Engineering, or Toolmaking;
* Availability to work on the 1st shift (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM) — rotating 6x2 schedule.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform machine setup and adjustments prior to production startup according to technical sheet specifications;
* Replace kits and peripherals on machines;
* Place technical sheets on machines at each production startup;
* Monitor and guide operators and production assistants on quality-related matters;
* Accurately record production data (output, scrap, machine downtime, etc.) in the Production Reporting System and monitor process performance;
* Adjust temperatures of hot runners;
* Parameterize the colorant feeder and calibrate dosage for products requiring color standards.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$4.500,00 - R$4.700,00 per month
