Potential to advance to machine operator **About the Position:** Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:18 PM **Description:** We seek a candidate to operate calendering machines, focusing on learning, technical development, and career growth within the company. Prior experience is not required; however, commitment, responsibility, and genuine willingness to progress are essential. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in calendering machine operation (material feeding, output, and process control) * Monitor temperature, speed, and alignment during the process * Support quality control of produced parts * Sort, organize, and prepare materials for production * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Follow production leader's standards and instructions **REQUISITIONS** * Commitment to scheduled hours and timely delivery * Responsibility toward materials and processes * Willingness to learn and grow professionally * Agility and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a team NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The company will provide full training on the process. What we seek is professional attitude. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**: * Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or machine operation. * High performers advance.
