Description: * Incomplete elementary education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary school, with certificate). * Training course for Rotary Arm and Monorail Operator. * Perform MPO (Machine Preventive Operation) on the equipment, inspecting components daily and requesting corrective maintenance when necessary, ensuring the machine remains fully operational, preventing rework and accidents. * Finish raw or pre-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welds), adhering strictly to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings to ensure compliance with customer quality standards and achievement of departmental productivity indicators. * Maintain tools under one’s responsibility by using and storing them appropriately to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in continuous improvement projects by suggesting and contributing toward enhancing working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, while acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to ensure employee physical safety. * Adhere to the organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2512070202191779885
