Description: * Incomplete primary education (Completion of the 5th grade of primary level, with certificate). * Rotary arm and monorail operator training course. * Perform MPO on the equipment, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests as needed, to ensure the machine is fully operational, thereby preventing rework and accidents. * Perform finishing on raw or pre-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove part defects (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welds), adhering to the specifications in the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, to guarantee compliance with customer quality standards and achievement of departmental productivity indicators. * Maintain tools under one’s responsibility by using and storing them appropriately to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to ensure employee physical safety. * Adhere to the organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2512070202191909428
