Job Summary: This Quality Analyst focuses on raw material inspection, issuing non-conformance reports, supplier support, component review, and assisting in the creation of work instructions. Opportunity to work with quality standards (ISO9001). **Quality Analyst** **Responsibilities:** * Inspecting raw materials according to predefined standards (sample collection, quality testing, sampling documentation); * Issuing non-conformance reports for raw materials; * Communicating with suppliers; * Collaborating with the procurement and product development departments in developing new raw materials; * Identifying component defects and determining whether components meet specifications or are non-conforming; * Supporting inspectors in reviewing finished internal components and outsourced components; * Providing support to outsourcing partners via WhatsApp and telephone; * Analyzing customer-returned components; * Preparing reports for customer-returned components; * Managing customer returns (KPI); * Assisting in the creation of Work Instructions; * Supporting the 5S Program. **Prerequisites:** * Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001). * Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and charts. * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Quality Management, Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
