This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to grow in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) field, actively participating in identifying, building, and improving automations that increase productivity and reduce manual tasks. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the identification and mapping of business processes for automation; * Assisting in the development, testing, and deployment of automation robots (RPA); * Performing corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing automations; * Documenting automation workflows and processes; * Collaborating with business analysts and end-user departments to understand needs and propose solutions; * Continuously learning and evolving in RPA technologies and best practices. **What you need:** * Basic knowledge of programming logic and interest in working with RPA; * Familiarity with languages such as Python, TypeScript, C\# or Java; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Willingness to learn and work collaboratively. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Prior experience (even academic) with RPA tools such as IBM RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism; * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL); * Experience documenting automation processes and workflows; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
