Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating industrial maintenance activities to optimize performance, reduce machine downtime, and develop the team. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies Responsible for on-site supervision of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in alignment with the production department, aiming to improve maintenance performance indicators, reduce machine downtime, and increase the productive plant's availability. This professional must ensure that the maintenance team adheres to Docol's Policies and Values, especially those related to Occupational Safety, Quality, and Environment. Additionally, the Supervisor must continuously pursue team development and reduction of industrial costs, optimizing the use of resources and inputs in general. **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** Manage the maintenance team, coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all company equipment and systems. Plan, organize, and control maintenance routines to ensure asset availability and proper operation. Analyze and resolve technical issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and control outsourced maintenance services, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Prepare maintenance area performance reports and indicators. Participate in defining maintenance strategies and policies aligned with organizational objectives. **Requirements to Apply:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles within industrial maintenance. Knowledge of maintenance management tools, such as Failure Analysis; RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance); ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues; PCM (Preventive Maintenance Planning); CMMS \- SAP (Computerized Maintenance Management System); Monitoring Systems; WCM (World Class Maintenance) Familiarity with industrial systems and equipment: hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical; Knowledge of thermal and rotating equipment; Ability to implement and monitor predictive and preventive maintenance programs; Knowledge of and experience managing KPIs; Knowledge of industrial safety and maintenance standards and regulations (e.g., NR10, NR12, NR13, ISO 9001, ISO 14000\) Ability to interpret maintenance data and reports and use them for informed decision-making; Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with teams and superiors; Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
