Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling and monitoring loading and delivery requests, monitoring demands, and participating in logistics projects. Key Highlights: 1. Control and monitoring of loading and delivery requests. 2. Delivery monitoring and alignment with the customer portfolio. 3. Involvement in customer projects and platforms. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Controls and monitors loading and delivery requests. Receives and evaluates orders via EDI (global information platform). Monitors deliveries and aligns with the customer portfolio. Adjusts service deadlines according to customer needs. Analyzes production and delivery performance. Develops metrics to evaluate service quality. Generates export invoices. Schedules and monitors daily demands with the Shipping Department. Participates in customer projects and platforms. Delegates tasks to production schedulers.
