Experience in verification, quality control, or reverse logistics **Job Summary:** We are seeking a meticulous and agile professional to manage our returns department. The professional will be responsible for receiving returned goods, performing technical sorting (quality control), determining the product's disposition, and organizing batches for resale of \"second-line\" products (Outlet/Sale). **Main Responsibilities:** * **Receiving and Verification:** Physically receive returns (via Postal Service/Couriers) and verify whether the product matches the return invoice. * **Sorting and Classification (Primary Focus):** Assess the physical and functional condition of each returned item to classify it as: + **Fit for Regular Sale:** Intact product, returned to main inventory. + **Second-Line (Outlet):** Product with minor cosmetic damage or damaged packaging, yet fully functional. + **Disposal/Scrap:** Unusable product. * **Batch Assembly:** Organize and register second-line products into commercial batches for specific resale. * **System Operations:** Record returns in the system (ERP) to release customer credit/refund and update inventory. * **Damage Control:** Maintain an organized department by physically separating waste from sellable items. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in verification, quality control, or reverse logistics; * **Critical Thinking:** Ability to assess whether a product is fit for use; * Basic/Intermediate Excel knowledge (to compile second-line batch lists); * Organization and agility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in e-commerce (exchanges and returns); * Technical knowledge of the company's products (helps distinguish defects from misuse); * ERP system experience.
