The **Junior Systems Analyst** will be responsible for developing and programming integrated systems that meet the Institution's needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide functional and technical support for the **Educational** module of TOTVS RM. * Configure academic processes (enrollment, re-enrollment, class registers, grades, academic calendar, etc.). * Conduct requirement analysis and elicitation with academic departments. * Perform testing and validation for system updates. * Support integrations with Financial, Portal, and other internal modules/systems. * Prepare functional and technical documentation. * Support users and deliver basic training when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Database (SQL Server), SQL queries, system logic and business rules, academic processes (a significant advantage). * Experience with TOTVS RM – Educational module or educational management systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in an educational institution. * Database (Oracle). * Knowledge of integrations via WebServices. * Familiarity with RM Reports for report generation. * Knowledge of educational financial processes. * Experience supporting end users. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Health Insurance Assistance (per Institutional policy). * Study Grants (per Institutional policy). * Dental Plan (per Institutional policy). * Restaurant partnership. * SESC partnership. * Uniform. * Discount on Swimming Center and Gym activities. * Parking. * Zenklub. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:48 PM. **We believe excellence in education transforms tomorrow.** **Our purpose is to transform the world through education.** We are a community-based, Lutheran educational institution with 99 years of history, dedicated to training and educating people across all life stages—always valuing human essence, adopting innovative and market-relevant teaching methodologies, and investing in outstanding infrastructure to support the educational process.
