





Job Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Business Management, Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Advanced Excel; * Experience in external sales, preferably B2B sales and in the specialized fasteners segment (preferred); * Preferably reside in Joinville/SC; * Willingness and availability for business travel. Scope of Work: Nationwide coverage, excluding São Paulo (SP). * Plan customer visit routes; * Prospect new customers and reactivate inactive customers; * Support the Finance Department in credit approval processes; * Follow up on submitted proposals; * Execute sales in accordance with presented proposals and in compliance with commercial policies; * Monitor competitor activities and market trends, suggesting new product launches; * Perform post-sales activities, tracking product acceptance levels; * Manage the order portfolio; * Maintain and update CRM tools; * Represent the company at events when requested. 2512050202181904923
