




Job Summary: This professional will assist in preparing breads, savory items, and doughs by handling ingredients, organizing products, and providing customer service and sales, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory items, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers—offering products, clarifying inquiries—in compliance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise them on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set goals; Enhance customer service efficiency through continuous restocking of product display counters and accurate pricing, in accordance with pre-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer engagement; Help reduce losses by correctly arranging displayed products according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks, and removing items with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support stocktaking for inventory assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Preceiro \- Rod.
