




Job Summary: Responsible for producing specialty cuts, assembling and organizing counters, serving and guiding customers, and managing products in the butcher section. Key Highlights: 1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for producing specialty cuts, assembling and organizing counters, serving customers—including advising on types of meats, products, and derivatives—performing cutting and deboning operations, as well as preserving, restocking, and organizing products, in compliance with regulations, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise on types of meats, products, and derivatives; perform cutting and deboning; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers—complying with regulations, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established targets; Contribute to customer loyalty by preparing and displaying premium products—specialty cuts; Collect and store leftover bones, fat, and tallow in the designated collector box for sale to the bone processing factory; Ensure counter replenishment for both service and self-service areas by preparing for store opening and restocking according to sales turnover; Assist in verifying product expiration dates and quality, inspecting preservation status, evaluating and reusing products where possible, suggesting replacements in case of anomalies per internal procedures, and ensuring correct pricing per the official price list; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in refrigerated and cold chambers, while maintaining a clean workspace in optimal condition for use—following hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by conducting frequent stock counts and applying proper handling and storage techniques for meat; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by adhering to daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment calibration and maintenance when needed; Conduct ongoing training and guidance for the team; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Up-to-date vaccination record **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** Rua Dr Pedro Zimmermann, 7155 \- Itoupava central \- Blumenau, SC **Working hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (1-hour break) Compensation for Sundays worked **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Store Purchase Agreement Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Cafeteria with snacks/coffee Professional Development Pathway * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
