Additional certifications in PCP, MRP, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are advantageous. **Knowledge Requirements:** ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Protheus); Planning tools (MS Excel, MS Project); Production, inventory, and logistics processes; Data analysis and report generation. **Main Responsibilities:** Develop and adjust production schedules considering capacity, materials, and deadlines; Issue and track production orders; Monitor inventory levels and request materials as needed; Analyze KPIs and propose improvements; Coordinate delivery timelines with procurement, logistics, and transportation departments; Optimize resources (machines, labor, and materials); Participate in continuous improvement projects. **Skills and Competencies:** Organization, proactivity, and systemic thinking; Strong communication skills and attention to detail; Analytical ability and results orientation; Teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Technical leadership and strategic vision.
