Description: * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience in requirements gathering and specification (functional and non-functional); * Knowledge of prototyping and process modeling tools (Figma, Miro, Bizagi, Lucidchart, etc.); * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable; * Experience with management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps); * Must have experience in the payment processing and acquiring market, including acquirers, sub-acquirers, gateways, POS, and electronic financial transactions; * Knowledge of API integrations, authorization and settlement flows, reconciliation, and chargebacks will be considered a differentiator. * Lead requirements gathering and analysis with business areas, translating business needs into clear technical and functional specifications; * Prepare requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories; * Create screen and workflow prototypes and wireframes using prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, Axure, among others); * Monitor software factory deliveries, ensuring compliance with defined requirements; * Support business areas in executing validation and acceptance testing, ensuring delivered solutions’ quality and compliance; * Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and development teams to ensure efficient, high-value deliveries; * Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to track schedules, prioritize tasks, and adjust scope. 2512290202491889257
