Job Summary: A professional to develop and implement data and automation solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Python, and to collaborate with teams to transform requirements into technical solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and involvement in data governance Responsibilities: * Utilize tools and technologies—including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, DataIKU, Alteryx, and Python—to visualize, analyze, and report on data, and to develop applications. * Develop, test, and deploy interactive reports and dynamic dashboards in Power BI. * Develop corporate applications using Power Apps to automate processes and support business operations. * Extract data from multiple sources (SQL, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Snowflake, CSV, etc.), perform necessary data transformations and cleansing, and integrate applications with these sources—both to consume data and to input data into systems. * Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, defining navigation flows, business rules, and user experience (UX), considering storytelling principles. * Create and maintain workflows in Power Automate for process automation, integrations, and notifications. * Collaborate with other teams—including business analysts—to understand project requirements and objectives; participate in requirements-gathering meetings, demand refinement sessions, and delivery validation activities. * Apply best practices in data governance, information security, and compliance. What We Are Looking For: * Prior experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. * Advanced knowledge of data query languages (e.g., SQL). * Advanced programming skills and experience with languages such as DAX, Python, M, or R. * Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling. * Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data. * Relevant certifications will be considered a plus. * Proven knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
