Support in audits and inspections We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong attention to detail to join our team as an Administrative Assistant, focusing on governmental accountability reporting. The role will involve assisting in organizing and controlling documents related to accountability processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in organizing and archiving physical and digital documents related to accountability processes; * Prepare control spreadsheets and reports for documents and information; * Assist in monitoring deadlines and fulfilling legal obligations; * Assist in preparing documents and information for audits and inspections; * Assist in responding to requests from external oversight agencies; * Assist in updating information systems and databases; * Perform other administrative support activities related to accountability reporting. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively; * Responsibility and commitment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of governmental accountability rules and regulations; * Experience with accountability management systems; * Familiarity with specific accountability legislation (e.g., Law No. 4.320/64, Fiscal Responsibility Law, etc.); * Experience interacting with external oversight agencies (e.g., Audit Courts). **What We Offer:** * Monthly remuneration of R$ 4.000,00 (four thousand Brazilian reais); * A healthy, collaborative, and innovative work environment; * Opportunities for professional development; * **On-site work in Brasília/DF**.
