We seek and value talent—individuals with personality, determination, and drive. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support vehicle post-sales processes, monitoring requests after delivery; * Provide customer service and outreach during the post-sales phase, offering guidance and directing requests; * Maneuver vehicles in the dealership’s yard when necessary, adhering to internal safety regulations; * Inspect vehicle washes to ensure quality standards are met before delivery to customers; * Verify customer documents and registration information; * Archive physical and digital departmental processes, contracts, and documents; * Assist in tracking deadlines, pending items, and post-sales administrative processes; * Update internal systems, spreadsheets, and operational controls; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the post-sales reception area; * Support the sales team, service department, and other dealership departments in post-sales routines. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Class B
