




Job Summary: This role involves assisting in supplier research and identification, quotation analysis, record maintenance, and procurement process tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of procurement processes and negotiation with suppliers. 2. Inventory management to prevent shortages or excesses. 3. Interdepartmental collaboration to meet procurement needs. Assist in researching and identifying qualified suppliers. Request and analyze price quotations, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Maintain up-to-date procurement and supplier records. Track the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met. Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers, always seeking the best options for the company. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed, avoiding product shortages or overstocking. Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure they are fulfilled.
