* Previous experience in PCM roles for Mine Equipment; * Previous leadership/coordination roles; * Knowledge in short-, medium-, and long-term planning for maintenance of off-road trucks models 785, 789, and 793, as well as motor graders and road trucks; * Availability to reside in the cities of Mariana, Ouro Preto, or Santa Bárbara. * Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Office Suite; * Valid driver's license category B. **Desired Qualifications:** * Previous experience in mine equipment maintenance execution areas. **Job Responsibilities and Activities:** * Ensure implementation of activities within their scope as defined in the maintenance management system (VPS); medium- and long-term planning within their area of responsibility, ensuring interface with strategic production planning and maintenance engineering departments; * Ensure proper short-term maintenance activity scheduling aligned with medium-term planning within their area of responsibility; * Ensure definition of strategic maintenance planning for the short term, and execution; * Ensure preparation of daily reports on major incidents related to their area of responsibility; * Ensure management of maintenance times for assets within their area through activity monitoring; * Plan, detail, and allocate human, material, tooling, and facility resources for execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities; * Contribute to the improvement of the computerized maintenance system and processes through continuous suggestions for improvements and innovation; * Analyze and develop action plans to correct deviations in maintenance processes within their area of responsibility; * Participate, together with other departments, in the qualification process for materials and suppliers (TTM); * Interface with other maintenance, planning, production operations, maintenance planning and management, fiscal cells, and human resources departments; * Ensure proper management of materials and spare parts used in equipment maintenance through coordination with inventory management and procurement departments, aiming to reduce inventory levels and ensure continuity of the production process within their area; * Monitor, analyze, prepare, and provide performance indicators for their area, such as: backlog, mean time between failures, planning factor, schedule compliance factor, and service contract items, among others; * Prepare and manage the budget execution for their area to ensure adherence to the planned unit cost, preventing impacts to management; * Ensure fiscal control (OPECON) within their area of responsibility;
