Job Summary:
A professional responsible for programming, coordinating, and monitoring the loading and dispatch of steel products, ensuring logistical efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
* Program and coordinate the loading and dispatch of steel products.
* Plan cargo distribution according to orders, vehicle capacity, and delivery deadlines.
* Schedule loading operations with carriers and customers.
* Track vehicle availability and manage the loading queue.
* Ensure daily dispatch scheduling is met.
* Monitor the logistics flow, identifying and resolving operational deviations.
* Issue and verify transportation documents such as NF\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e, and delivery manifests.
* Maintain communication with Production, Dispatch, Sales, and Carrier departments to align operations.
* Track logistics performance indicators, such as delivery lead time, fleet utilization, and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
* Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
* Experience as a Cargo Scheduler in large companies, preferably at **Gerdau** or within the steel industry.
* Knowledge of cargo programming, dispatch, and road transportation.
* Experience with ERP/SAP and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
* Familiarity with issuing fiscal and transportation documents.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate-level Excel.
