Job Summary: A professional responsible for programming, coordinating, and monitoring the loading and dispatch of steel products, ensuring logistical efficiency and compliance with regulations. Monitor the logistics flow and ensure adherence to scheduling Main Responsibilities: * Program and coordinate the loading and dispatch of steel products. * Plan cargo distribution according to orders, vehicle capacity, and delivery deadlines. * Schedule loading operations with carriers and customers. * Track vehicle availability and manage the loading queue. * Ensure daily dispatch scheduling is met. * Monitor the logistics flow, identifying and resolving operational deviations. * Issue and verify transportation documents such as NF\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e, and delivery manifests. * Maintain communication with Production, Dispatch, Sales, and Carrier departments to align operations. * Track logistics performance indicators, such as delivery lead time, fleet utilization, and productivity. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred). * Experience as a Cargo Scheduler in large companies, preferably at **Gerdau** or within the steel industry. * Knowledge of cargo programming, dispatch, and road transportation. * Experience with ERP/SAP and TMS (Transportation Management Systems). * Familiarity with issuing fiscal and transportation documents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate-level Excel.
