Come be part of this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing process and production simulations — Research, Development and Innovation (R&D) — Providing technical support to operations and related areas; * Developing and reviewing process flow diagrams, mass balances, and technical specifications; * Participating in feasibility studies (conceptual, pre-detailed, and detailed); * Conducting bench-scale, pilot-scale, and industrial-scale tests to support engineering decisions; * Monitoring implementation, commissioning, and ramp-up of new plants and modifications; * Developing and validating process simulation models (e.g., Usimpac, MetSim, JKSimmet, etc.); * Conducting comparative analyses of operational scenarios and proposing optimizations. * Simulating plant performance and developing supply plans according to ROM quality. * Conducting experimental studies involving crushing, flotation, magnetic separation, classification, comminution, and filtration. * Monitoring and performing technical diagnostics on mineral processing stages experiencing chronic issues. * Proposing continuous improvement actions and solutions for chronic process problems. * Training teams on fundamentals and practices of mineral processing. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or related fields; * Preferred knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS).
