Job Summary: This professional will provide IT system user support, primarily for the ERP Totvs RM, including testing, configuration, reporting, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical support for ERP Totvs RM 2. Report development and system configuration 3. User guidance and training Responsibilities: Provide user support to various departments served by IT systems, especially via the Totvs RM ERP. Test new routines and updates. Create reports and properly configure the required ERP Totvs RM modules and tools to ensure updates and operational functionality. Monitor, train, and guide users and departmental representatives served by Totvs RM to achieve optimal tool usage. Requirements: Experience with SQL databases, knowledge of the ERP Totvs RM, and report creation within the system; strong ability to provide user-facing technical support and service. Teamwork, good communication skills, and a problem-solving focus complete the profile.
