Key Responsibilities: \- Establish and maintain a framework for project control and monitoring across ongoing projects. \- Track performance indicators. \- Ensure compliance with processes and standards. \- Analyze, monitor, and validate the preparation of progress reports. \- Facilitate meetings, promoting communication among project teams and stakeholders. \- Identify risks and propose corrective actions to mitigate impacts on project schedules and budgets. \- Support the implementation of best practices and project management tools within the organization. Requirements Minimum Education Level Postgraduate specialization degree Other Requirements Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. Preferred Education: Postgraduate degree in project management. Reside in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan region. Mandatory experience in project management. Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency in organizational and management tools, Excel, and TOTVS RM.
