The Junior Technician role is responsible for providing technical support to our customers across our full range of equipment and digital solutions, ensuring optimal performance of our products and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Perform low-complexity technical support tasks requiring experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of multifunction printers, aiming to serve customers with quality and within established deadlines; * Installation / Uninstallation; * Configuration; * Preventive maintenance \- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the defined schedule to keep equipment operating optimally; * Corrective maintenance \- Diagnose the solution for malfunctions and identify required parts and kits for equipment; * Parts orders \- Request maintenance parts and kits to ensure equipment remains fully operational; * Complete Technical Support Reports (TSR), when necessary; * Inventory control of spare parts (car stock); **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a technician (preferably in printer maintenance); * Valid driver’s license (CNH) to operate company vehicles; * Availability to work on-site in Congonhas (MG); * Technical high school diploma \- Technical courses in electronics, electrotechnology, electromechanics, mechatronics, computer science, or related fields; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Computer literacy \- Microsoft Office suite; * Basic English (desirable); **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$100; * Food voucher: R$550; * Transportation voucher; * Private pension plan; * Birthday day off; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; **Offer:** * CLT employment regime, on-site; * Monday to Friday \- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM \- Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM; * Location: Congonhas (MG); **Why join Ricoh?** At Ricoh, you will become part of an innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented environment equipped with cutting-edge technologies and focused on digital solutions that transform businesses.
