Junior Printer Technician

**Ricoh Brasil**, a leading Japanese multinational company in the print outsourcing (DaaS) sector and other technology services, is seeking a new Junior Technician to work in Congonhas (MG)! The Junior Technician position is responsible for providing technical support to our customers across our full range of equipment and digital solutions, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Perform low-complexity technical support activities requiring experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of multifunction printers, aiming to deliver high-quality service to customers within established deadlines; * Installation / Uninstallation; * Configuration; * Preventive maintenance \- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the defined schedule to ensure equipment operates optimally; * Corrective maintenance \- Diagnose the root cause of malfunctions and identify required parts and kits for equipment repair; * Parts orders – Request maintenance parts and kits to ensure equipment remains fully operational; * Complete Technical Support Reports (TSRs), when necessary; * Manage spare parts inventory (car stock); **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a technician (preferably with printer maintenance); * Valid driver's license (CNH) for operating company vehicles; * Availability to work on-site in Congonhas (MG); * Technical high school diploma \- Technical courses in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Informatics, or related fields; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Computer literacy \- Microsoft Office suite; * Basic English (desirable); **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 100; * Food voucher: BRL 550; * Transportation voucher; * Private pension plan; * Birthday day off; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; **Offer** * CLT employment regime (on-site); * Monday to Friday \- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM \- Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM; * Location: Congonhas (MG); **Why join Ricoh?** At Ricoh, you will become part of an innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented environment, equipped with cutting-edge technologies and focused on digital solutions that transform businesses.
