We are seeking an intern to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an intern to join our team and support activities related to budgeting, planning, and cost control. This position is intended for students interested in developing an analytical and strategic perspective on project and construction management. The internship is part of an accelerated development program, wherein the intern will participate in a job rotation program across departments related to budgeting, planning, and cost control, gaining comprehensive hands-on experience in the processes and routines of these areas. **Main Activities** * Support in handling warranty and technical assistance requests, performing initial triage and routing demands * Technical analysis support for incidents, contributing to fault diagnosis and solution proposals * Control and monitoring of warranty periods for installed systems and equipment * Participation in follow-up meetings for pending items, including recording and updating activity statuses * Coordination with suppliers to schedule and monitor on-site technical visits (in loco) * Requesting and tracking maintenance service quotations (corrective and preventive) * Organization and control of technical documentation and photographic records of incidents * Preparation of monthly call reports, including cost analysis, failure typology, and involved disciplines * Support in project coordination and interdisciplinary interface (electrical, hydraulic, etc.) **Competencies and Skills** * Attention to detail; * Organizational skills for managing documents, spreadsheets, and reports; * Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing, emails, and internal alignment; * Proactivity in seeking information and anticipating needs; * Teamwork, with cross-departmental collaboration; * Analytical ability and logical reasoning. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Currently enrolled from the 5th year of Civil Engineering or a Building Construction technical program. **Professional Experience:** No prior experience required. **Technical Skills:** Full Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** Location: Belo Horizonte/MG.
