**Job Description:** ---------------------- Food Pre-preparation Support: Assist in large-scale food processing (washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, leafy greens, and fruits), following guidance from the nutrition team and chefs. Industrial Cleaning: Perform heavy-duty cleaning and organization of large utensils (stockpots, kettles, baking trays), equipment, and internal kitchen areas, storage rooms, and cold chambers. Cafeteria Maintenance: Ensure continuous cleaning and sanitation of tables, distribution counters (buffet), and timely replacement of trays and cutlery during service hours. Waste Management: Collect, sort, and properly dispose of organic and recyclable waste, adhering to sustainability standards and sanitary surveillance regulations.
