We are seeking external candidates for the position of **Operations Supervisor \- INVENTORY** \- at the Jundiaí Consolidation Unit. **Requirements**: **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree; Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus. **Desired Experience:** Prior experience in warehouse structures without WMS, team leadership, and inventory management. **Technical Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills; ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP); experience with quality management tools; dashboard development and analysis; Power BI knowledge; experience leading inventory cycle counts; training and team development activities; development and execution of initiatives aimed at reducing inventory losses. Flexibility regarding working hours is required. **Responsibilities**: Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, both with operational teams and senior management. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Distribution Operations, Inventory, and Human Resources. Prior experience in roles requiring direct supervision of operational teams, including responsibilities for coordination and people development. Ability to manage internal team conflicts and motivate and engage employees to achieve goals and improve performance. Experience planning, monitoring, and optimizing daily processes to ensure efficient operations within established standards. Ability to track and analyze key performance indicators—such as productivity, quality, deadlines, and costs—to drive continuous improvement. Ability to develop and monitor operational plans that align daily activities with company objectives. Experience efficiently allocating resources (people, equipment, materials) to ensure uninterrupted operations. Experience ensuring products or services meet quality standards and that operations comply with applicable regulations and standards. Ability to identify process inefficiencies and rapidly implement effective solutions to maintain operational continuity. Experience making critical decisions—often under pressure—to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations. Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Degree \- Specialization/MBA
