Job Summary: Responsible for general property maintenance, including cleaning, minor repairs, garden care, and security support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive property maintenance 2. On-site security support **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform general property maintenance Clean and maintain outdoor areas Conduct minor repairs (plumbing, basic electrical work, fences, etc.) Care for gardens, plants, and/or animals (if applicable) Manage access control and support on-site security **Requirements:** Relevant work experience Responsibility and commitment Willingness to reside on-site (if required) Proactive and organized personality **Benefits:** Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher
