Apply today and begin your journey to success with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform finishing, polishing, gluing, and waterproofing of parts according to technical and quality standards. * Carry out manual cuts and precise adjustments on edges and surfaces. * Operate manual and electric tools, such as sanders, polishers, grinders, and finishing tools. * Correct imperfections such as scratches, unevenness, or cracks on parts. * Finish edges on various profiles (straight, half-square, rounded, chamfered, etc.). * Interpret technical drawings and follow production specifications. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Ensure proper tool maintenance and compliance with safety regulations. * Collaborate as part of a team, working closely with other departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education. * Experience as a finisher in stonemasonry. * Proficiency in polishing, gluing, and finishing parts. * Ability to read and interpret measurements and technical drawings. * Basic knowledge of machine safety and mandatory use of PPE. * Responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and schedule flexibility. **Additional Information** Some benefits of joining our team: * Health and dental insurance: available from day one; * Meal allowance card; * Life insurance: fully covered by us; * Free online medical and mental health support; * Annual bonus (starting after two full years with the company); * Scholarship program for your professional development.
