* Lead and evaluate the store team daily, ensuring engagement with work process standards.
* Develop the team through performance evaluations and frequent feedback.

* Ensure quality in executed processes by seeking training opportunities and personal and professional development. Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the brand’s products and services, as well as team management expertise, to better manage both processes and people.
* Receive daily customer feedback regarding service, product, and service quality. Manage customer satisfaction indicators.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Knowledge of Sales Techniques, Leadership, and Team Management;
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency;
