**Description:** **Mandatory:** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; Active registration with the relevant professional council. Provide technical oversight of pharmaceutical activities, supported and assisted by the Co-Responsible Pharmacist and/or the Technical Responsible Pharmacist (TRP) of the unit; Interface with other departments and submit activities for approval by the immediate supervisor to ensure timely and efficient workflow; Understand, interpret, and comply with legislation applicable to hospital activities and pharmaceutical care; Participate in the control, use, and recordkeeping of medications listed in Ordinance No. 344/98 and other substances regulated by Sanitary Surveillance and other regulatory agencies; Receive and conduct technical evaluation of medical prescriptions to verify compliance, thereby enabling prescription release; Develop and discuss with the Nutrition Department the Drug–Nutrient Interaction Chart, ensuring no interactions occur that may adversely affect patients’ clinical progression; Validate patients’ medications to ensure adherence to institutional criteria; Actively participate in multidisciplinary patient rounds, discussing individual cases and proposing actions to support implementation of prescribed therapeutic plans; Provide discharge counseling aligned with the unit’s epidemiological profile; Prepare staff work schedules, subject to validation by the TRP; To assume the position of Pharmacist, the incumbent must hold a valid registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF), with all financial obligations to the council fully settled; Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. 2512130202201918095
