




Job Description: Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in fields such as administration or production engineering is preferred). * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools—such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PDCA, A3, 5S, Kaizen, and others—is preferred. * Prior experience in administrative activities, especially in continuous improvement projects. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Analytical and critical thinking skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Clear and assertive communication. * Teamwork capability. In this role, you will: * Support and facilitate problem-solving and project development meetings, contributing practical ideas and actions; * Collaborate in the analysis and evaluation of processes, proposing improvements that reduce costs and waste—including waiting time, transportation, over-processing, inventory, motion, and defects—to achieve better quality, lead time, and production cost metrics; * Support the delivery of internal training sessions for operational areas and third-party personnel; * Facilitate interdepartmental communication, identifying gaps and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement; * Assist in implementing and maintaining the 5S program within your work area and across other company departments; * Perform other related duties as required or assigned by management. 2512080202191910356
