Leadership development and continuous improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking an Operational Supervisor to coordinate urban conservation and cleaning teams, ensuring proper service execution, compliance with safety regulations, and alignment with company guidelines. Key responsibilities: Supervise and guide operational leaders in daily activities; Plan and allocate teams according to demand, ensuring operational efficiency; Monitor performance indicators such as productivity, quality, safety, and absenteeism; Address complaints and incidents, aligning strategies with management for effective resolution; Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with occupational safety regulations; Conduct field inspections to identify deficiencies and propose corrective actions; Support emergency situations following established response protocols; Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources and supplies for operations; Train and develop operational leaders to continuously improve team performance. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School education; Experience coordinating operational leaders and managing field routines; Knowledge of yellow-line machinery operation, earthmoving, and machinery maintenance; Ability to plan and allocate teams, monitor productivity and quality; Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE; Ability to conduct field inspections, identify deficiencies, and propose corrective actions; Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and results orientation (organizational competencies). **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance On-site meals Fuel Assistance Life Insurance Medical Assistance **Work Location:** ---------------------- Sales Oliveira/SP
